• Advanced English (mandatory); additional advanced language skills are a plus (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Arabic, Dutch, Chinese, etc.).

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar position (customer care, end user assistance, etc.).
• Advanced digital skills and experience (Outlook, Office, CRM systems).
• A university degree will be considered a strong plus.
